EXoRclsT vs UnbrokeN – 3 Games
12Game 1
Players: UnbrokeN vs EXoRcIsT
Date: 2011-03-10
Game Type: AoE 1.0 Usuals
Map: Inland (rivers)
Level: Elite
Point-of-view: UnbrokeN
Description: UnbrokeN has a good spot. He starts with 2 tc sf and 1 sf wood. His spot is open (can't wall) but he has great food with a close forrest. He docks a private lake at 3:15 mins on a river map. After his 3 sfs are done he makes a granary, repits wood, makes a 2nd dock at 7:35 mins and a third dock at 9:00 mins, both in the river, which is connected to the lake at 3. Puma wins the river/lake agressively and paints 1 range, but EXo is walled. Puma finds EXo's paint (3 ranges) in his base at 12, walls them and kills the painter, but EXo has another painter and makes 4 new ranges at 11. Puma trannies 5 ca to EXo's tc and makes his eco run, while defending his own base and wins the game.

Game Type: AoE 1.0 Usuals
Map: Inland (highland)
Level: Elite
Point-of-view: Mikelangelo
Description: Fast iron after winning land early in bronze with a private lake and safe spot, map game I guess. I noticed that almost all of my wins against puma are on a highland map. Hes almost unbeatable on rivers, because he gets too many options. On highland, nowhere to run!
Game 2
Players: Mikelangelo vs UnbrokeN
Date: 2011-03-11
Game Type: AoE 1.0 Usuals
Map: Inland (rivers)
Level: Low Elite
Point-of-view: Mikelangelo
Description: Another map with shallows. I have a strong spot with a big wallable forrest and a close lake. Started with tc gazelles, 4 tc eles and 1 sf wood. Made my first dock in the deep at 11-12 which is connected to the river. My 2nd dock in the river. I found puma's painter and chased him off and sent a painter of my own to his base. Since I was safe I gave up the lake and painted painted 6 ranges. I figured I could win the battle in his base, since I had enough land food and he made 8 galleys, while I had only made 3. Puma had a surprisingly large army at home and managed to keep me out of his base long enough for him to boom up and camp on a big hill with towers. After a huge war with ca's I surrendered. I will admit that I have been strategically outplayed/bored to death. gg

Description: Got wtfnubpwnt. Walled his range but didn't realize I let his 2 painters escape (that's how wasted I was, 5 am for me). I sim city and he barely won 6 vs 3 range with private deep. Me fight but lost in the end. Nice fight!

Date: 2011-03-15
Game Type: AoE 1.0 Usuals
Map: Inland (highland)
Level: Elite
Point-of-view: Mikelangelo
Description: Great spot, but open. Started with 1 tc sf, 2 sf wood. Made my first dock in the private lake at 3:35 min at 8. Granary, then 2nd dock at 6:35 mins in deep at 6. I saw that Mario made 2 docks in my lake by my woodies so I stopped producing peons at 7:40 mins to tool (8:20 mins) faster so I could defend against his ships. I was expecting a rush, but he bronzed fast after a semi-rush. (He had 2 tc sfs and 2 sfs wood start). I scanned for his range and found/walled it in. I went straight to bronze, because I knew that if I lost the fight at my wood I could easily run to 6 and wall there, while chopping the forrest at my home TC. After winning the lakeand securing land early, without losing too many peons/fbs, the game was pretty much over. It was just a matter of time from the moment.
Wanted_BoUBoU vs UnbrokeN
12Players: UnbrokeN vs Wanted_BouBou
Date: 2011-03-10
Game Type: AoE 1.0 Usuals
Map: Inland (rivers)
Level: Elite
Point-of-view: Watcher (Mikelangelo)
Description: UnbrokeN has a highland spot with a forrest that is 3 screens from his tc. The land food was weak, berry start, 5 tc gazelles, a far 2 sf pit and 3 elephants by his woodpit. He finds a lake at 6 and bronzes with a nice setup for his spot. BouBou paints Puma but his range is discovered just in time. Puma walls the range and focuses on winning the lake at 5-6, but BouBou's power and spot combined were too much even for the almighty UnbrokeN. This was Puma's third loss against BouBou in 1 week. A very nice performance on a very weak spot. gg
